Olive PerSimmon​

For over a decade, Olive has
helped her clients step into their power, find their voices, and take their communication skills to the next level. She's coached TEDx speakers and CEOs to help them communicate their message authentically and confidently. As an avid speaker, Toastmaster, and professional, she brings her passion for communication directly into her work with her clients. She started her career at one of the top communication training firms in Manhattan, where she learned how to give clients tangible and technical tips for improving their communication skills. She moved on to a training firm that focused on incorporating improv into their communication workshops and saw the value of making learning fun. At Firefly, we believe learning should be both fun and tangible. We offer compassionate, skill-based training to take your communication to the next level.

lindsay dunphy
For the last ten years, Lindsay has
worked as a Creative Production and Project Manager. She started with her own creative projects - bringing two albums to life, managing a band, branding, fundraisers and bookings. From there she brought 10 large scale theatre productions to life in South Korea while managing teams and building foundational processes to ensure projects were finished on time and on budget. Back stateside, she brought her management skills to the Commercial and Digital space, building and implementing Agile processes for teams, while simultaneously managing client needs and deliverables. Lindsay believes all teams and projects can go from great to excellent. There is always a new question to be asked and a new way to view the work. Firefly Consulting embodies the vision of turning greatness into excellence.
